The audit goes deep on specific workflows and ranks automation opportunities. Strategy work is broader: where AI fits in the business as a whole, including tools to buy, policies, team skills and sequencing. Many clients start with one and follow with the other.
How is it priced?
Strategy engagements are scoped and quoted as a fixed fee in writing before work starts. Shorter ad-hoc advisory is $110/hour with a capped estimate upfront.
Will you push us toward a particular platform?
No. Khepera takes no affiliate revenue. If the best answer is a tool we don't work with, we'll recommend it anyway.
