Custom AI agents that run whole workflows, not just chats.
Our core service. We design and build teams of AI agents that take a complete process off your staff's plate — intake, scheduling, document handling, follow-ups, reporting — connected to the software you already use and tested before it ever touches a real customer.

How it works
Scope
We confirm the workflow, the success measure and the fixed price in writing. Usually this follows a Discovery Audit.
Design
We map the agents, tools and handoffs, and agree where humans approve or step in.
Build and test
We build in a staging environment with weekly check-ins, testing on real-world examples from your business.
Deploy and train
We go live, train your team and hand over documentation, then support the system for 30 days.
Common questions
What's the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?
A chatbot answers questions. An agent takes actions: it reads a request, checks your systems, makes a decision within the rules you set, and does the work, such as booking, drafting, filing or updating a record. A multi-agent system splits a process across several specialised agents, coordinated by one orchestrator. Our article What is a multi-agent AI system? explains it in more detail.
What kinds of workflows can you automate?
Common examples are inbound enquiry handling, booking and rescheduling, intake forms, document review and extraction, follow-up emails, and recurring reports. See AI automation ideas for small businesses for examples by industry.
Which AI models and platforms do you use?
Whichever fits the job. We're vendor-neutral, take no affiliate revenue, and build around the software you already run rather than asking you to switch.
What does it cost to run after launch?
Usually far less than the build. Ongoing costs are AI usage fees and any hosting, and they scale with how much work the system does. We estimate them upfront from your real volumes. More in How much does AI automation cost?
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
Every system is designed with that in mind: confidence thresholds, human approval where it matters, logging of every action, and clear escalation to your staff.
